KJ Hunter  |  Principal 

KJ Hunter Co-Founder of GreenLight Studios is an Architectural Designer focusing on Residential and small Commercial Design. He specializes in Historic Renovations, New Construction, and Cabinetry Design.

After graduating from Roger Williams University he would go on to gain real world experience working at a variety of different Design firms. KJ feels his most valuable job experience was when he was working at the Design/Build firm as he was able to learn a wide variety of roles in not just Architecture, but also in Construction. This would really mold him as a Designer that not only focuses on the design, but also the cost for construction. While working full-time KJ would later attend Boston Architectural College where he received his Masters in Architecture. 

Jack Hamm  |  Principal 

Jack Hamm is a highly skilled and experienced architectural designer with a specialization in coastal residential deign.

After earning his Master's degree in Architecture at Roger Williams University, he worked as a freelancer with established architects and builders, gaining real world knowledge and invaluable hands-on experience from all sides of the construction world.

As a life-long New Englander, Jack appreciates and understands the unique and special beauty of coastal architecture. He enjoys helping discover their personal aesthetic, while also recognizing the clients' needs and expectations regarding the practical and financial concerns of the home building process. He has worked on many projects ranging from small beach cottages to large luxury estates, all with a focus on creating living spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
